Welcome to my life:
I popped out of my mother's womb with hip dysplasia, sporting shallow hip sockets that were like, "Nah, sis, we ain't fully containing these legs!" So, my legs were just casually half-in, half-out, dangling like wet noodles. To fix this rag doll mess, I rocked six diapers at once for the first six months—off and on, mind you, because even my baby self needed a breather from that padded prison. Still, one leg was like, "I do what I want," twisting inward like a pretzel and forcing me to toddle around on the side of my curled-in-and-under foot like a lopsided penguin up through my elementary years.
Tripping over myself was my signature move—(painfully landing on my knee in the same place most every time) —but did I let them slap leg braces on me? Heck no! I was a stubborn little tyke, even if it meant I was my own worst enemy. Add to that a childhood marinated in chronic stress (some of us hit the ground sprinting - even if our legs are just dangling - you know?), and I cooked up a spicy cocktail of high anxiety, trash-tier self-esteem, hyperactivity, and a relentless self-loathing that started before I could even spell "therapy."
Toss in a grab bag of ongoing health hiccups, and I’ve basically been MacGyvering my way through life—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—just to keep from spontaneously combusting.
Now, I’d love to spare you the decades I spent playing guinea pig with every fix under the sun. I’ve got the cheat codes—tried, true, master keys to fast-track your own healing and growing journey. Why? Because physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are the real MVPs in life.

Here at 5minutes2feelgood, I’m mostly obsessing over the physical side of health with my DIY spinal care body alignment trick—drumroll, please—Blissercize! Yep, I cooked this up in my own mad scientist lab (aka my living room) to stop my neck and back from staging a full-on mutiny thanks to that pesky leg twist I’ve been dragging around like a bad ex. It’s less “ouch” and more “oh yeah, baby!”—keeping me aligned and feeling fine, one blissful stretch at a time!
